Dude's Ranch is a
rescue for wayward
horses.
The majority of our horses
have been rescued from one place or the other. Many have unknown
histories. We care for them, we give them love, a healthy life, a
job and a place they can call home.
~ Horses who need
homes..
Recently, we
have found a whole slew of horses in need. Whether they are part of the
PMU tragedy or just forgotten, neglected or unwanted... these
beautiful creatures below were on their way to slaughter for no darn
good reason. Even though
slaughter has been outlawed in California and many other
states for many years. Horses are now being shipped across our
international borders for an even more inhumane death.
If you hear of someone needing to place their horse please urge them
not to take them to auction. They will most likely end up
going to the killer buyers. Have them think about relinquishing
their horse to a foster home or to a horse rescue like this
one.

heart if you know someone who is the market for a horse to please
consider saving a life!!
These beauties below were just only a handful!! We were able
to save only a few but there are many others who are exported for
human and canine consumption.
We can't stress enough
how heartbreaking it is to see the horror look in these animals eyes
when they are being packed into a truck for their inevitable
destination.

We are currently looking to
place 20 horses into lifetime homes. Most are green but very
healthy. They are babies from the age of 6months to
4yrs.

1- Adopt
a horse for you and yours. These beauties below are just of
few. Give us some details on what type of riding you do
and we will find and match you with the right horse. There are so
many that go to slaughter that matching you with the right pal won't
be a problem.
2-Sponsorships: Your sponsorship money will
help feed and train your favorite horse. You may follow it's

3-We accept donations.
4-Participate in one of our
programs or clinics. All proceeds help our rescued
